With the start of August one day away, I wanted to touch base and let you know our remaining dates/hours of operation.

❗️We will be closed 7/29-8/8.❗️

Then, we will reopen the following dates, with modified hours,

Fri. 8/9, (5-10pm)
Sat. 8/10 (2-10pm)
Sun. 8/11 (2-5pm)

Fri. 8/16 (5-10pm)
Sat. 8/17 (4-10pm)
Sun. 8/18 (2-5pm)

Hi Everyone!
Thank you for your continued support as we wrap things up at the mink!

Because you have continued to purchase and support us as we transition, we have been going through our beer faster than anticipated.

With how quickly our inventory is being depleted, we have decided to reduce our hours to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the remainder of July.

July Hours:
Friday, 4-11pm
Saturday, 12-11pm
Sunday, 12-6pm

During August, we will have to evaluate where we are supply-wise and, once again, modify our hours.

But! Like I’ve told several of you, we still have new beers to be released. So, while we are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays (starting 07/17/24), it gives us time to finish preparing these upcoming beers. At least a couple new beers will be hitting the taps this Friday.

New, this Friday (07/19), will be our Superfruit 16: Bing Cherry & Passionfruit and several small batch sours!

We will not have any more of our stouts on draft.

Today, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the upcoming closure of Mellow Mink Brewing. We have cherished the opportunity to serve our fans and community for the past six years. We are deeply proud of the beers and cocktails that we crafted, and the all-inclusive environment that we fostered. We now plan to wind-down brewing and taproom operations and close permanently by the end of August 2024. We hope you will visit us again before we are gone - we will be releasing several small batch and full-scale blends that are currently in the tanks. Thank you all for your love and support over the years!
