RIP Ralph

Ralph Lester Woge, age 71, of Saegertown, PA passed away on August 13, 2026 at Crawford County Care Center. He was born on October 1, 1954, in Meadville, PA to the late Lester M and Doris E. (Reichel) Woge.
Ralph graduated from Saegertown High School in 1972. He proudly served in the United States Navy for 9.5 years and earned the rank of E5. He was a carpenter by trade, working at Dibble Custom Homes in North Carolina.
Ralph was a member of Hamlin Chapel.
He was a member of the Saegertown American Legion Post #205. He played in multiple pool leagues. He enjoyed archery, fishing, hunting, cooking and spending time with his family-especially his grandchildren.
Ralph is survived by his four sons, “Jr” Woge of NC, Ryan Paul Woge of Meadville, PA, Orry Candfield Woge and his wife, Jari of NC and Colton Woge of NC; his grandchildren, Max and Lily Woge and Hazelynn and Ivory Woge; his sisters, Melanie Mushrush of Saegertown, PA and Molly McCullough of Meadville, PA and brothers, Rudy Woge of Meadville, PA and Paul Brown of Saegertown, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Valerie Craft, Max Woge, Woody Woge, Lynette Sutter and Renee Woge.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 22, 2026 at Saegertown American Legion Post # 205 from 2-5 pm. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

RIP Joe
No “Fiiirrrrst Dooowwn” will ever compare 💕

Charles “Joe” Prall III, age 74, of Meadville, PA passed away on Thursday August 6, 2026 after an extended illness. He was born on June 26, 1952 in Meadville, PA. He married Cynthia Crandall in 1981. She survives.
Joe was a proud Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Air Force. He was a member of VFW Post # 2006. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing and he was an avid Steelers fan.
In addition to his wife, Cynthia, he is survived by his children, Jeremy Prall, Courtney Prall both of Meadville, PA and Jacob Prall and his wife, Emily of Cooperstown; his grandson, Connor Prall; his siblings, Cherie Graham, Dan Prall and his wife, Pat, Kenneth Prall, Julie Bihler and her husband, Tom and Michael Prall and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Alberta Prall and Patricia Akers; his brother-in-law, Barry Graham and his nephew, Kevin Graham.

Danny Martin Alexander, affectionately known to family and friends as Marty, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2026, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, at the age of 69.

Marty was born on November 28, 1956, in Tampa, Florida, to Margaret Jean “Jeanne” Campbell and John Alexander. Throughout his life, he was known for his adventurous spirit, unwavering love for his family, and the countless memories he created with those who knew him.

A proud United States Marine, Marty served his country with honor and carried that sense of strength and dedication throughout his life. Marty found joy in the simple things. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, spending time fishing with his grandson, gathering with family while camping, visiting one of his favorite local spots, the Deer Head, and attending the Animal Jam, where he enjoyed the atmosphere and time spent with friends. He appreciated the outdoors, good company, and making memories with those he cared about.

He leaves behind his five children: Davide Alexander and his significant other, Vanessa Vice; Joseph Alexander; Thomas Alexander; Kimberly Alexander and Veralynn Alexander and her significant other, Scott Donnelly.

He was also a Papa of ten grandchildren: Kaylynn Alexander, Ethan Alexander, Cameron MIlls Jr., Justyn Dyer, Romeo Washington, Silas Washington, Liliana Donnelly, Ophelia Donnelly, Luciano Donnelly, and Aleesia Donnelly. His grandchildren brought him tremendous pride and many cherished memories.

Marty is survived by his half brothers, Bobby Alexander of Florida, and Mark Alexander of California and his step brothers Donnie Howles, Greg Howles and Dale Howles all of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Laurie Kiger, Wallace Shaw, Crystal Weinrauch, Chon Kibler, Charles Alexander, and Tina Davis, along with many great-nieces, great-nephews, his first ex-wife Barb Alexander, his second ex-wife Sherry Alexander and friends who will always remember him with love and respect.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret Jean “Jeanne” Campbell and John Alexander, and by his siblings, Debra Lee Langley and Gary Allan “Bean” Alexander.

Marty will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, his love of the open road, his love for sweets and the memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. Whether he was on his Harley, walking around the Diamond with a Cherry Coke in hand, sitting by the water chilling, camping with family, or enjoying time at the Deer Head, he embraced life in his own way.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in every open highway, every quiet morning on the water, every campfire shared with loved ones, and in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Gravesite service will be held July 11th, 2026 at Cochranton Cemetery at 1 pm, luncheon will follow.

Thank you to the loving and professional women and staff at the Hospice House in Meadville for taking care of Marty and caring for him in his final days.

“May the roads of Heaven be endless, the skies forever clear, and your spirit forever free. Ride on, Marine. Semper Fi.”

RIP Bob

Robert J. Muddiman, age 70, of Meadville, PA passed away suddenly on January 27, 2026. He was born on September 3, 1955 in Meadville, PA to the late Albert Elizabeth (Deitz) Muddiman.
Robert graduated from Meadville High School. He worked at Drafto of Cochranton for many years in the tool crib. He was a member of many VFWs. He loved going from club to club to see his friends. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, working on cars and fishing.
He is survived by his children, Todd Muddiman of Edinboro, PA, Joede Muddiman of Meadville, PA and Shanen Muddiman of Meadville, PA; four grandchildren, Isabella Percy, Ryder Percy, Allison Williams and Piper Muddiman; two sisters, Jean Overmeyer and Mary Ann Janos and her husband, Marty all of Meadville, PA; a brother, John Muddiman of Meadville, PA and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles and Daniel Muddiman.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday February 8, 2026 from 1- 4 pm at VFW Post #2006, 1045 S Morgan St., Meadville, PA 16335.
