You have a 3 part process to your registration. We apologize in advance.

1.) You will need to fill out a W9 and email it to [email protected]. Please make sure it is legible.

THIS ALL NEEDS TO BE DONE BY NOON ON FRIDAY!!!!

WISSOTA CLASSES PLEASE GO TO wissota.org and purchase your wissota licenses.

We will do a FACEBOOK LIVE Friday afternoon with your pill draw.

When you come to the back gate you will pick up your envelope with your wrist bands and information that would normally be shared in the pit meeting. We may have a pit meeting through the race reciever.

YOU WILL STILL NEED TO SIGN THE WAIVER AS WELL AS EVERYONE IN YOUR PIT AREA. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PENS....

IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE IN YOUR PIT AREA WITHOUT A PIT PASS WRIST BAND YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED ABSOLUTELY NO ACCEPTIONS!!!!

If you leave your pit area we strongly encourage you wear a mask.

Please park at least 8ft away from other race teams

No more then 10 people in one pit area

Please maintain 6ft distance from others

If you have a underlying health condition we do strongly encourage you to stay home.

If you are ill or have been around someone who is ill. Please stay home!!!!

Please remember you are not required to be here. You come here voluntarily.

We may need to adjust our parameters Friday afternoon after the Governors Press conference.

At this time we will limit our capacity to 25% tickets sold and they will ONLY be available online at the following link https://market.myracepass.com/store/tickets/?i=1203048&store=12121

If the governors office allows for a bigger capacity we will adjust the number of tickets after Fridays Press Conference.

We will honor Season passes and sponsorship tickets at the ticket booth.

Upon coming to the event please go to the ticket booth. Show your printed ticket or phone ticket. The ticket taker will hand you a wrist band which you will put on yourself.

We ask that our fans sit 6ft away from each other. Families may sit together.

If you do not live together please do not sit together.

If you are ill or have been around someone who is ill PLEASE STAY HOME!!!!

We highly recommend you wear a mask.

If for whatever reason the event cannot happen all online tickets will be refunded right away.

Keep in mind you are not forced to come. You are here on your own personal will. You are in attendance voluntarily.

Please practice social distancing while here

Beer gardens and concessions will be open. When standing in line please maintain 6 feet apart and leave a walk way for people trying to get to the restrooms

Hand Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the property please utilize them

We ask that children not be left unattended.

Cash and checks will be the only form of payment accepted at the event. There is an ATM in the bar.

The Bar and Grill will be open. You are not allowed to stand around in the bar. Per Phase 1 requirements. The number of seats in the bar is 50% capacity. If there isn't a seat available please do not enter the bar.

The patio seating will be arranged to accommodate social distancing. Please do not move the seating around.

Since we will be the 1st track to open. Let's help everyone in the sport and do this right so we can continue to grow as a sport. Let's not give the sport a bad name and prove we can race without anyone getting the rona.
