Thank you to all who support Shifty Bridge. We hope you are enjoying your Memorial Day. While you relish---time with family and friends, drinks around the pool, the grill or a table full of Memorial Day food staples, please take a moment to remember that our freedom is not free. Please take a moment to remember the service men and women who fought and lost their lives fighting, or who lost their lives to terminal illness after serving. Please take a moment to thank the family of those brave men and women. A moment is the least we can give for the time that they gave!
Shifty Bridge would not be possible without the help of Uncle Dick during the groundwork of the business.

Richard-Dickie-LaBarge was born on December 4, 1941, in Tupper Lake, NY, to the late Henry LaBarge and Gertrude Peets LaBarge.
In 1960 Dickie proudly enlisted in the United States Navy where he proudly served his country until his Honorable Discharge in September 1980 as a Chief. He continued working in the U.S. Naval community as an instructor. When not teaching whether in Maryland, Florida, California or wherever he was scheduled to share his knowledge, you could find him home building something, out fishing or shooting pool, or spending time with family.
On March 13, 2020, the life-loving, extremely generous, devoted husband to Penny, ever present dad to Tammie, Debbie and Timmy, loving granddad, more-than-an-uncle to his nephews, and Uncle Dick to Many, dedicated U.S. Navy Chief Richard Dickie LaBarge Sailed on his journey to his forever home to be with Penny and Timmy. Thank you for All you did for Shifty Bridge. We Salute You Chief LaBarge. Remembering You Always Uncle Dick!
