Just a reminder for everyone...
▪︎You MUST be 21 WITH a valid I.D. to enter the Crossties Lounge at the Days Inn! Everyone will be carded and fake I.D's will be turned over to authorities!
▪︎You MUST HAVE YOUR I.D. ON YOU WHILE IN THE LOUNGE! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PHOTOS ON YOUR PHONE!
▪︎Our hours are 6pm to 11:59pm. Last call is at 11:40 and your tab MUST be PAID IN FULL at this time!
▪︎Anyone entering the front door at or after 11:40pm, WILL NOT BE SERVED!
▪︎Any signs of intoxication, upon arrival, you will NOT be served and WILL be asked to leave
▪︎We WILL NOT tolerate arguing or fighting, you WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!
▪︎If you are asked to leave the premises, and you Do Not, the authorities will be called!
▪︎Absolutely NO WEAPONS OR OUTSIDE DRINKS ALLOWED IN THE LOUNGE! This includes water bottles, soda cans or bottles, restaurant cups, hotel coffee cups, or ANY cups that was NOT purchased from the Lounge. We sell an array of drinks, beers, water, sodas, cocktails & seltzers!
▪︎Inside drinks are NOT allowed outside the lounge doors!
▪︎Appropriate clothing must be worn inside our establishment! NO bras, b***y shorts, see through clothing, bathing suits, or low riding pants ALLOWED.
▪︎NO backpacks of any kind allowed!
▪︎We will NOT be responsible for personal items left. This includes but not limited to...
Pool cues, bags, purses, food items, clothing, phones, phone chargers, money, shoes, jewelry, keys, your date, etc.
▪︎The hotel restrooms are labeled on the doors, Men ONLY & Women ONLY! Couples are NOT ALLOWED in the restrooms together!
▪︎The room next door is NOT for all patrons. It is a privately owned room!
▪︎Feel free to pick up the trash, empty bottles/cups or full ashtrays that you use and return to the bartender or throw them away!
▪︎NO drugs of any kind ALLOWED in our lounge!
▪︎During Pool tournaments, we ask everyone to be courteous to our players and that our players be courteous to our patrons.
▪︎Gambling of any kind is NOT ALLOWED!
▪︎Keep in mind that we are a HOTEL lounge, NOT a nightclub, a pool hall or a dance club!
▪︎Please know that Our lounge and hotel has cameras and illegal and illicit activities are recorded!
▪︎No Smoking inside the hotel corridor or lobby area. Please extinguish your ci******es before enter and leave the lounge!
▪︎NO SMOKING OR VA**NG INSIDE THE RESTROOMS!
▪︎We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME!
