The thing with cheesesteaks is that our neighbors at Sugar Hill have incredible tasting cheesesteaks. They are the 🐐 of South Jersey. There’s no point in competing with the best. Instead, we took our smoked brisket, added our homemade Cooper® Sharp American Cheese sauce, peppers, onions, and our bourbon barbecue sauce to make our own version of a cheesesteak. It’s a great alternative that I implore you to try today.
