Last night we had the honor of celebrating a 40th birthday at the beautiful 20 North Gallery ✨

An evening filled with intention, laughter, and unforgettable details, paired perfectly with an incredible multi-course dining experience by Chef Skyler Stanton (The Garage by Chef Skyler Stanton.) Every course was artfully prepared and thoughtfully curated, creating the most stunning culinary backdrop for the celebration.

From the cocktails to the candlelight, it was one of those evenings that reminds us why we love what we do… gathering people together to celebrate life’s milestones in the most beautiful way.

Valentine’s Day calls for something sweet 🍓🍫

This Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini tastes just like the classic treat, but in cocktail form.

Perfect for:
💖 Valentine’s night in
💖 Galentine’s with your girls
💖 A cozy dessert cocktail

🍓 Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini

• 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
• 1.5 oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream
• 1 oz chocolate liqueur
• 2–3 dashes chocolate bitters
• Ice

Rim glass with melted chocolate and dip in sugar or cocoa powder.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.

✨ What a Week! ✨
This past week has been a whirlwind for us at The Cocktail Collective!

We had the pleasure of bartending at a beautiful Ottawa Hills fundraiser, bringing our services to a wonderful cause. 🍸 We served up drinks for a private event in someone’s home, creating a cozy, intimate vibe for their guests.

To top it all off, we ended the week by attending a gala celebrating fifth-year students… a perfect way to close out a busy, inspiring week surrounded by our community. 🥂
