The Loyal Order of Moose is a fraternal and service organization founded in 1888 and headquartered in Mooseheart, Illinois. Moose International supports the operation of Mooseheart Child City & School, a 1,023-acre (414 ha) community for children and teens in need, located 40 miles (64 km) west of Chicago; and Moosehaven, a 63-acre (25 ha) retirement community for its members near Jacksonville, Fl

orida. Additionally, the Moose organization conducts numerous sports and recreational programs, in local Lodge/Chapter facilities called either Moose Family Centers or Activity Centers, in the majority of 44 State and Provincial Associations, and on a fraternity-wide basis. These organizations together make up the Moose International.

Please be aware that resurfacing work on Broadway Avenue (21st Street to 14th Street) is scheduled for June 16–22, weather permitting. Work will be completed in sections, and parking may not be allowed in active work zones, so please watch for posted signs and notifications.

This morning, heaven gained a man who entered the room and brought smiles to everyone's faces. His heart was full of music and love for his family, friends, and strangers alike. His helping hand was open to anyone in need. We will miss him dearly here on Earth, but we are proud to show him off in the heavens above. We love you, Gene Bray, and will miss you every day.

Moose Family & Friends of Gene Bray….
Update on Gene:
*Gene was taken off life support two days ago and will be going home tomorrow.
His wonderful wife Dee, and his son Michael and (Maddie) are with him.
Hospice is assisting the family with medical equipment for the home.
Dee said Cassie helped getting the ball rolling, Tiffany Boyett has worked getting the house ready for the equipment - Jenn Hall has started a food train & their wonderful neighbors have been maintaining their lawn, home and caring for our Moose- Cot, Miss Ellie during this medical situation…

Please, Please, pray, donate, support or be of service for them … do what you can and keep the Bray family in your thoughts and prayers …cancer sucks!
