Happy Halloween 🎃 from the Massena American Legion. Stay safe out there and dress warm and lots of rain coats got lots of rain coming today so be warm and dry out there. Stop in and see all our beautiful set up for Halloween decorations and you can use the photo drop as a place to take pics. It’s a must see Tammy Breitback made it amazing this year. Brooke is on days bartending and Hope will be on nights so come down and see the beautiful Halloween 🎃 decorations and have a spooky drink. 🍹

Come on down tonight from 7pm-11pm for some spooky drinks, raffles, music, and costume prizes. Also Hope is celebrating her 40th birthday 🎂 and she has Kevin Obrien from Atom ghost band coming with a few friends to jam some tunes for her birthday 🎂 so stop in and have some scary fun. We have so many amazing Halloween decorations and scenes set up to take pictures. It’s a must see. See you all tonight!

Queen of hearts starts October 23rd Thursday. So come in and get your queen of heart tickets and have some cold drinks. We got lots of specialty drinks going on.

The Auxiliary Unit 79 Annual Pig Roast was a huge success, raising $500 for donation to the Wounded Warriors Outdoor Adventures Camp Serenity. We extend our gratitude to all participants and offer special thanks to the Auxiliary members for their assistance and Plan B for entertainment.

Massena Memorial Day parade will be on Monday May 26th at 1100am starting at Sacred Heart church.
The parade route will head north on Main Street and turn left onto Andrew's Street ending at Veteran's Memorial Park.
There will be a ceremony following the parade.
We hope to see everyone out honoring our passed veterans.

American Legion Post 79 members placed markers and flags at Pine Grove Cemetery Massena, NY. In honor of Memorial Day. If you have a family member or know someone who was not honored with a flag at the cemetery, please reach out to Post 79 so we can honor those missed.
