Flash-grilled, melty havarti cheese
Crispy thick bacon OR juicy housemade sausage patty OR grilled truffle ham OR ALL of the above (Salumi egg manwich)

Yet, the unsung hero of the Salumi egg sandwich must be our house-baked large and fluffy English muffins, because it’s not a sandwich without it.
