The National Headquarters is highlighting a great program here, but the message is even simpler for us in North Iowa: You don't have to carry the weight alone. Whether you need a place to talk, a connection to the VA, or just a cup of coffee with someone who 'gets it,' Post 101 and the All Vets Center are here. Let’s look out for our own.

American Legion Hardin Post 113 has made our veteran mission a priority, including a recent seminar that included U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs S.A.V.E. Training.

The Mason City Community Theatre will be staging a fall production of Aaron Sorkin's play "A Few Good Men". Proceeds from this production will go to support North Iowa-Southern Minnesota Veterans Stand Down.

Friday, November 7th, 7:00 PM
Saturday, November 8th, 7:00 PM
Sunday November 9th, 2:00 PM

Friday, November 14th, 7:00 PM
Saturday, November 15th, 7:00 PM
Sunday, November 16th, 7:00 PM

Tickets can be purchased online at MCCT's website or can be purchased at the MCCT box office Monday thru Friday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM or can be purchased 1 hour prior to show time.

Community theatre located in downtown Mason City, IA 50401.

Clausen-Worden Post #101 held its regular monthly meeting tonight. Our next meeting is Monday, March 3rd, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mason City All Vets Center. If you aren’t a Legion member yet, we encourage you to attend as a guest, meet our members, and find out how you can become a part of the American Legion!

On behalf of the Veterans of the Clausen-Worden Post #101 of The American Legion, I want to welcome you to our page! Our organization is comprised of Veterans of all branches of the US military and those who served in times of conflict as well as those who helped maintain peace. Our mission is to serve and strengthen Veterans, their families and our communities.

If you are a Veteran, we encourage you to consider becoming a member of The American Legion. Our regular monthly meetings are held on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 PM. If you are the family member of a Veteran, we encourage you to consider joining our Auxilliary. Together, we can strengthen our support for Veterans and ensure that every Veteran in our communities knows “We’ve got your back!”
