LAST CALL, Y'ALL!!!
Today is the day that Round 6 Brewing officially pours its last pint. Seven years is a pretty good run in this business, especially for a Mom and Pop operation. But, we did not do it alone. So before we take in the flag and dog the Taproom doors for the last time, we want to offer our most sincere gratitude to our amazing employees who were such an important part of the journey. From the Brewers to the Beertenders, the Caretakers, Kitchen Staff and Carpenters, Tech Gurus and Do-Whatever-You-Need-Done Guys, we owe so much of our success to their efforts. Through the years they offered their energy, their creativity, their smiles and their backs. They freely shared their knowledge, experience and ideas for Round 6 as we built the business from the ground up. We were a motley crew who made it work, mostly with grace (and the occasional eye roll). It was quite a ride!
We list them here in alphabetical order (because there's no other way to do it) and because we don't have pics of everyone, the ones we do have will be in the comments.

MUSIC was always an important part of the vibe at Round 6 Brewing. Although live music ended for us when Covid began, we fondly remember all the bands and solo artists that graced the Beer Garden stage (and the Brewery and also the Taproom on occasion). We rocked, we rolled, we danced and sang along. It was good times! We are grateful for these talented folk who shared their gifts with us. Most were locals and had their local fans. They brought the people. Especially The Drift Boat Cowboys! They filled our expansive parking lot to overflowing every time! The list of bands pictured is only a handful of the ones we hosted, but all were the ones we welcomed back time and time again. Each and every one was unique and all were immensely talented. We DID have our favorites, though! 45 RPM, Uptown Moonlighting and Drew Robbins Music never failed to keep our toes tapping and we want to give special kudos to the Round 6 "House Band", Tenn Pan Alley. Their hyped up closer of "This Could Be the Last Time" with Twig's slamming drum solo would end an evening of music like no other! A lot of these bands are still entertaining at local venues, so look them up and check them out.
And check us out, too! We're here for just 2 more days, so come see us. This really COULD be the last time! We're at your service from 4 till 11 and need your help to drink up ALL THE BEER! $5 dollars a pint, $8 dollars a flight. See you at Round 6!

HAPPY FOURTH TO ALL! Memories of celebrating the holiday at Round 6 Brewing will always conjure the delicious aroma of Buzz Burgers sizzling on the grill. Man, those burgers were the BEST! Buzz was a master and had just the right touch with his superbly popular burgers. I'm sure many of you will agree! Thinking back on those days got us to recalling all the other great food to be had at the brewery. Aside from the delicious offerings of Kathy, Della and Demi in the R6B Kitchen, we have had a veritable parade of food trucks to serve our guests over the years. When we opened in July of 2017, the Blount County food truck scene was still in its infancy and a lot of these vendors were starting and growing right along with us! Many were featured on a regular basis, and ALL were DELICIOUS. We wanted to share some pics of our faves. (Numbered in the order of the pictures)

Yup, we've had some really good eats at Round 6 and we are grateful for the part they all played in our history. Ah, the memories! Today we are remembering all the special events held at Round 6 Brewing. There have been oodles of birthday parties, retirement parties, Christmas parties, Super Bowl parties, baby showers, bridal showers, launch parties and gender reveals. We have had 3 weddings at the brewery and even a Celebration of Life for a dear departed regular. We have hosted a number of fundraisers over the years, most notably for Haven House, , United Way of Blount County, Keep Blount Beautiful and Blount Pride. Round 6 has been the venue for indoor/outdoor disc golf leagues, co****le tournaments, pet adoption events and a very popular plant sale. We held two Holiday Bazaars and for several years proudly welcomed Air Force trainees from all over the country for their getting-to-know-you party. AR Workshop Knoxville held monthly crafting workshops in the Taproom (those Chunky Blankets were very popular!) and who can forget the raucous nights with the Ladies Bunco Group!
Yes, we have had some LARGE times and will remember these events fondly (except for birthday party glitter. We are STILL sweeping up glitter!)

JUST A REMINDER ~~ On the very first of the final 6 days of Round 6 Brewing, we want to remind you that ALL pints are now only $5 DOLLARS, tax included. (We've always paid the tax man for you. It's just how we roll) We are also offering flights for $8 Dollars. So round up your fivers, your fins, your half sawbucks and come on over. Will is pouring until 8:30. The time has come, friends. About a year ago, we shared that we were ready for a long-awaited retirement and had put the brewery for sale. Though we are still waiting on a sale, the retirement time has arrived. On Saturday, July 6, 2024, will pour its final pint. We are excited to shift into the next phase of our lives (“Round 7” if you will) and hopefully enjoy the fruits of our many labors. This is our official 2 week notice. What does this mean for you? It means that for the next 2 Thursday/Friday/Saturdays, all pours will be $5. Tax included. WHAT A DEAL!!! We need to consume our inventory and we need your help! Please stay tuned in the coming 2 weeks for thank yous and shout outs and a little reminiscing. Y’all have been so great these last 7 years and we wanted to let you know as soon as we decided our plan going forward.
