If summer had a flavor, we think it would taste a lot like our Strawberry Salad! Fresh strawberries, spinach, bleu cheese crumbles, red onion, candied pecans, blueberries, Raspberry Vinagerette and a drizzle of balsamic reduction .. and if you want to add chicken or shrimp go for it..turns into one of our favorite seasonal dishes.
