It's about the men and women who never made it home to one.

Every brisket smoked, every backyard we come together in, every long weekend with the people we love exists because someone else gave up theirs. We don't take that lightly.

Today I can finally say it out loud.

Hoosier Que has been awarded its first MICHELIN Star!!!

I've been sitting on this for weeks and honestly didn't know how to write this post. Who would possibly believe a BBQ joint inside a golf course in Martinsville Indiana could accomplish such a feat!?!?

To everyone who's pulled up a chair, ordered the brisket, told a friend — this is yours too. Thank you.
