HOW EXCITING AND HONERED🙌

Have to give a shout out to The Silo in Marshall IL. This sandwich is excellent. It’s about 1/2” thick and the breading is light, crispy and has flavorful seasoning. I pulled a couple of overhang pieces off to try just the meat and it honestly would be a great sandwich served plain.

You can get it dunked in Buffalo sauce but I find that overwhelms the flavor so I get a cup of Buffalo on the side. Sandwich and a side is $12. The blue cheese cole slaw is killer.

If you’re planning a trip to Casey to check out the BIG Things, the Silo is just 18 miles up I-70.
