Today we are celebrating Maddie! We talked today and she said, "When I walk into work I feel respected, supported, and cared about." 🥹 Maddie's in her first year at Zephyr. She has played piano for 12 years. She's also into downhill skiing and collects vinyl records. She expressed to us how much she likes the small crew at Zephyr and highly recommends the Disznókő Tokaji Dry Furmint, or Furmint for short. (A fine Hungarian white w**e.) She also likes the Crostini Trio and its rotating offerings. (Right now it's artichoke hummus, sun-dried tomato pesto, and herb fresh goat cheese spread atop house made date chutney). We are grateful to have Maddie with us. It's a small but mighty fine crew and we are so fortunate! ♥

Dare to pair! This round —> Crimini Coconut Curry Soup. We suggest pairing Zephyr’s gluten free/vegan soup with a Pinot Noir or Riesling. Add outdoor seating on these last days of August for added enjoyment! Seriously, try this rich but light, satisfying, aromatic, nicely-spiced-but-not-too-hot delight. We’ll see you on the patio!
