We have live jazz tonight and a lively take on a Sazerac that will bring pep to the start of this weekend!!

Come check out the Crows Nest and Skyroom. Jazz starts at 8pm so don’t miss out.

Our feature tonight takes Sazerac Ryes nutty, vanilla and anise notes, Pastis complex anisete herbal and soft tongue feel, cognac helping to cut through the richness and dry out the cocktail a bit and sweet earthy tones from Luxardo Maraschino liqueur. In place of Peychaud bitters, we’re bringing a more direct bite with Angostura aromatic bitters.

It’s pretty tasty ❤️

A Day at the Beach.

It’s somewhat like a Paloma, Ranch Water, and just refreshing. Medium-bodied agave spirit with light smoke, syrup of agave, fresh grapefruit juice, and Ancho Reyes’s verde topped with soda and a Nasturtium. The ancho Reyes verde adds more earthy tones with some spice and being younger peppers gives more garden green pepper notes.

The Blueberry Olympiad

A cross between a classic cocktail named after Paris’s Champs Elysee blvd and fresh blueberries as the sweetener. No, this does not have Green Chartreuse as it’s been as elusive as the rainbows end.

Hennessy, genepy, blueberry syrup, fresh lemon and a go bitters are all you need to keep this day fantastic!

For the warm summer days we present a perfect way to settle the day and really take in the slow times. Here is the ——>
“Momo Spritz” which features Mqt’s own ‘s summer edition gin, limoncello, an elderflower liqueur, Sauvignon Blanc and soda water with some fresh fruit and herbs.

It really hits a balance of citrus and sweet to quench your thirst on these more humid days and is a fantastic lower ABV sipper to keep the energy flowing ☀️

Fantastic small bites are coming back to enjoy along with a refreshing cocktail and a view!!! This weekend our wonderful team of chefs has procured a few bites for trial. We have limited plates of charcuterie, whipped deviled eggs, a vanilla cheesecake and flourless chocolate torte.

Pictured is our charcuterie plated with:
Prosciutto, Genoa, herb salami, soprasata, Widmers aged cheddar, Merlot bellavitano, house made boursia, mixed nuts, dried apricots, black fig jam, whole grain mustard and Gorgonzola stuffed olives, with crostinis, crackers and fruit crisps.

Cocktail of the moment, “The Golden Hour”
Banana bourbon meets Bermuda black rum. Add allspice, orange juice, lime and a few other ingredients with an overproof float on top. Come take a sip as you slip into these warmer weather golden hours 🌅

Also, for every “drink of the moment” ordered throughout the month of June, we will be chipping in a dollar to the Marquette 4th of July firework fund 🧨 🎆 🎇 🇺🇸

Welcome to the end of the semester, and for some, early congratulations 🎈🎉🍾🎊 🍹!!! To help kick off spring, we’ve concocted something to help celebrate, The Wildcat!

Since the Kentucky derby is this Saturday as well and we have Mint Juleps in mind, this comes in between, focused on rum, mint, a ginger syrup and fresh squeezed lemon and lime on some crushed ice. Over top, there’s a float of Galliano, of course!

Make sure to swing through and grab your from now through the weekend!
