The Olde Mill is evolving once again!
Since around 1890, this historic building has been a staple in the Marion community. What started as a full functioning grain mill was renovated and transformed into a wedding venue, we’re excited to take it one step further and create a space that our entire community can enjoy together.
Coming in 2027: Olde Mill Tavern!
The Tavern will become a full-service restaurant where everyone can enjoy the character and history of The Olde Mill alongside great food and good company. Classic cocktails will be paired with a fresh, versatile menu that will have something for everyone.
While the restaurant will be the heart of the building, the North End will continue to serve as an intimate private event space for gatherings of up to 50 guests; a perfect place for showers, celebrations, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, and more. The restaurant itself will remain open during private events.
Our wedding properties aren’t going anywhere! Olde Mill Venue and Olde Mill Lodge will continue hosting weddings just as they always have.
Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of October, with a grand opening planned for late spring / early summer of 2027.
We’re so excited to bring something new to Marion while giving new life to a building that has been part of this community for more than 130 years.
