It’s Friday Pie Day!
This week we’re finally going for it with a classic pizza topping…anchovies! You can put our beautiful white anchovy fillets on any pizza you want but we’re featuring them on the delicious Pizza Puttanesca!
Puttanesca is a classic Italian pasta dish featuring anchovies, garlic and olives. The word “puttanesca” literally translates to “how a wh*re would make it”. Legend has it that prostitutes would cook this fragrant dish to lure customers in off the street.
Our puttanesca features a garlicky San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella & cheddar blend, Kalamata and castelvetrano olives and, of course, white anchovies. We finish the pie with a homemade lemon caper aioli drizzle. You’ll feel like you’re on the Amalfi Coast!

Wake up nerds! It’s Friday Pie Day!!
And we got one for you today! HARVEST HEAT!

We have thin sliced and roasted fresh garden vegetables & dollops of creamy ricotta cheese…but WAIT FOR IT!….this week we drizzle with some homemade chili oil that brings the heat LATE!

While you enjoy the sweetness of the veggies & ricotta with each bite you’ll find yourself saying “wait for it…” just as the smooth heat from the chilies fills the gaps. This one is an experience!!

This week JAMAICAN ME HUNGRY!

We start with a sweet and spicy jerk sauce base, top with diced chicken, red bell peppers, onions, pineapple and mango!! BUT, we needed something to balance all that sweetness so we called up our big cousin The Speedwell Tavern to smoke us up some fresh, house made fatback bacon that is gonna MELT YOUR FACE! 🫠

Happy Friday!! Time for this week’s pie! In honor of Cinco de Mayo we give you the Juan Chido!

The real life Juan Chido (along with his partner in crime Joe Saguaro) spent many winters learning the secret of authentic Mexican chorizo from the good people of Puerto Peñasco. In a salute to their tireless work we are using their recipe to craft our own HOUSE MADE chorizo.

Salsa verde, cheddar blend, authentic chorizo & jalapeños finished with sour cream. The Juan Chido is one of a kind and it’s only at RJ!

It’s Friday Pie Day! This week we’re rolling out The Italian Stallion. Cup & char Roni, salami, ham, cheddar, mozzarella, red onion & banana peppers finished with a little diced tomato, shredded lettuce and Italian dressing. We’re not going to let The Speedwell Tavern outclass us with their “French Fry Tuesday”…so we’re going to roll out a new pizza special each Friday that will run for the entire week!

To kick things off we give you “Mr. Popper’s Pizza”. Sliced jalapeños, chopped bacon, cream cheese and avocado ranch drizzle! 💥😮‍💨
