***Retirement Announcement***
This coming October marks 15 YEARS for our W**ery! We started from NOTHING with very little money in our pockets and no bank financing for the first 9 years. I am deeply proud of what Steve and I have built. We have gone from making as little as $13,000 our 1st year selling from our home, to more than $300,000 per year -for multiple years- before COVID.. A bonus has been time spent with kids and grandkids during the moments and sometimes years, they spent working beside us. So many new friends made, wonderful memories, milestones to celebrate, remember and hold onto for the remainder of our years. It is all that which has made this decision difficult to make and now officially announce. It is time for Steve and I to step aside, offer what we have built up for sale and move into the new chapter of our lives which will include many more moments like the one pictured. As of today, our official last day working will be December 19, 2026.
***Business Offering-Sale Details & Structure***
Blend of Seven W**ery is being offered as an established, operating business with brand recognition, production capability, customer goodwill, existing sales channels, and transition support from the current owners. Offering Price: $190,000* with the following included in the sale: brand, good will & business assets ; existing customer base and reputation ; awards, recognition, and business history; website/domain, social media presence, customer contacts, email lists, subject to platform rules and transferability; balance of 3-year lease with Henry Management which includes water and trash removal .
Training & Transition Support - Steve’s w**emaking support ; Sandi’s bookkeeping/marketing transition support. Possible Deal Structures -full buyout with transitional support ; phased buyout which would include a moderate down payment with projected timeline of final buyout payment.; hybrid arrangement if mutually beneficial.
Our goal is to create a fair and practical transition that preserves the Blend of Seven name, protects the guest experience, and gives the next owner or team the tools needed to continue building on the w**ery’s successful foundation.
