We are delighted to invite you to the Grand Opening of Marazul this Wednesday, September 9th at 4:00 PM.

Marazul was born from a simple vision: to bring to Marco Island a dining experience inspired by the beautiful coastal tables of the Mediterranean and Europe — where fresh ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, good wine, and warm hospitality come together.

Our new menu is finally ready, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

To celebrate our opening, every guest ordering from our regular dinner menu will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine of their choice. 🍷

Hi everyone!! I got some exciting news to share with all of you.

For a long time, I’ve had a vision for Marco Island.

A vision of creating something different. Something inspired by the beautiful coastlines of the Mediterranean — its seafood, its wines, its flavors, and most importantly, the feeling of gathering around a table and sharing a wonderful meal.

Zaza has been a very special chapter in our lives. Through these doors, my family and I have had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people, building friendships, and becoming part of this incredible community that we are proud to call home.

And for that, we will always be grateful.

But sometimes, is always best to follow your heart and take the next step.

For me, that moment has arrived.

This Thursday will mark our final evening serving our Mexican menu at Zaza.

And beginning Friday, my family and I are incredibly excited to welcome you to a new chapter here on Marco Island:

Marazul Mediterranean.

This is something I have wanted to bring to Marco Island for a very long time — a Mediterranean dining experience centered around beautiful seafood, carefully prepared dishes, wonderful wines, and the warm hospitality that has always been at the heart of what we do.

We are not saying goodbye.

We are simply turning the page.

Same family. Same heart. Same commitment to this community.

Just a new journey.

During our Mediterranean Weekends, our kitchen will be exclusively dedicated to the preparation of our Mediterranean menu.

Because each dish requires careful preparation, attention to detail, and its own unique cooking process, our regular Mexican menu will not be available during the event.

We truly appreciate your understanding and, above all, your continued support of Zaza as we bring this special Mediterranean experience to our guests.
