A quick trip to Florida’s East Coast with good friends turned into one incredible catch: a massive Cubera snapper and fresh spiny lobster.

Meanwhile, Chef Steven was back at 844 preparing tonight’s king-cut, bone-in dry-aged prime rib.

Tonight’s fresh catch will be served with avocado pico de gallo and baby bok choy. Two beautiful specials, available while they last.
