Glen Lake Restaurant Week 2026 got off to an amazing start! Pictured are our entree selections created by Christian Beck and Rose Duggan! They made this look easy!
1-Beef Roulade stuffed with creamy spinach and sun dried tomato filling, served with mashed potatoes, brown sugar braised carrots and an insane cherry Demi-glacé!
2- Seared Coho Salmon ver our root vegetable hash with a balsamic reduction! !
3-Red Beans and with Andouille sausage and seared blackened shrimp!
Kudos Christian and Rose, you absolutely nailed this menu! Top to bottom!!
