Mimi's Tiki Hut Located on the deck of Pirate’s Cove Marina. WE ARE THE DOCK OF THE BAY! Karen, who the grandchildren lovingly call Mimi.

Mimi’s Tiki Hut, located on the deck of Pirate’s Cove Marina, offers our guests a laid-back atmosphere to wait until your table is ready, have a drink, grab a bite to eat, or enjoy live entertainment! Open mid-May through the fall, the Tiki Hut is the perfect spot to watch the boats return after a great day of fishing. Home of the North Carolina State Blue Marlin record, Mimi’s was originally name

d for the boat that caught the fish in the 25th Annual Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament in 2008. When we opened Blue Water, we decided to keep the name in honor of our family’s matriarch, Miss. A replica of the marlin which weighed in at 1228.5 pounds is nearby.
