Shout out to my lifeguards & another successful season at Manteno Beach with no major accidents & minimal incidents! The one and only emergency was taken care of swiftly and perfectly in every way! For those that don't know, I come with 36 years of experience as a lifeguard along with over 32 years working in the aquatics industry as a Coach/Aquatics manager/ Aquatics Fitness Instructor, & with that I take great pride in hiring the best of the best lifeguards qualified for open water safety. All of my guard's backgrounds include a high level of competitive swimming & or water polo. They all train physically in the off season and I keep them on their toes each year with evaluations and In-services creating the strongest staff. I am so PROUD of my Team and wish them all good luck throughout the school year, see you next Manteno Beach! Beach Manager- Carrie Rink
