Driven by a love for craft beer and a passion for brewing,the Phoenix Brewing Company was founded by local beer enthusiasts looking to bring a craft beer revival to Mansfield.The Phoenix took flight in April 2014 landing in the beautifully restored 103 year old Schroer Funeral Home and Mortuary. room offers 16 taps of hand-crafted beers made on site and also guest Ohio brews, local Ohio wines, and Ohio distilled spirits. Guests can enjoy their beverages in the taproom or on the two adjacent patios. Food trucks are available seasonally but patrons may also order food items from the local restaurants or bring in carry out. Live entertainment is booked for weekends and carry out growlers and howlers of Phoenix brews and swag are available to go.

It is a busy week and weekend downtown!

Please join us for HEXENNACHT in the Spirit Room on Thursday, June 4, beginning at 4 pm. We will be releasing 3 special wood-aged variants of the Hekate Belgian Quad, in the Spirit Room Only, and hosting the debut of What's BBQ By What's Smoken' in the Beer Garden.

A tribute to the power of women everywhere and a nod to the original brewers, HEKATE Belgian Quad was brewed in February by the women of Phoenix and friends to celebrate International Women’s Day and aged to release at the 12th anniversary of the Phoenix Brewing Company.

Rich, bold, and complex, this 10% Belgian Quad layers notes of dark fruit, caramel, and spice from pilsner malt, special roast, caramel malts, and Dark Belgian Candi Sugar. At 28 IBUs, HEKATE is smooth, warming, and worthy of being sipped slowly from a tulip glass.

We've elevated the experience to include wood-aged varieties that are finally ready to be shared. After resting for a few months and soaking up notes from the American White Oak and hints from three different spirits, they will be on tap upstairs. Try them individually, or in a flight, starting Thursday, June 4th, you can try one or all of these limited wood-aged variants in the Spirit Room.

4 selections will be available in the Spirit Room:
• Hekate Belgian Quad
• Wood-Aged Hekate-White Oak infused with Orange Tiger Liquor
• Wood-Aged Hekate-White Oak infused with Apple Brandy
• Wood Aged Hekate-White Oak infused with Cherry Whiskey

Hekate (non-wood aged) is also available in the Phoenix taproom starting today, AND at the Renaissance Theatre for their performances of HAXAN this weekend and next.

Summer officially kicks off tonight with the first Final Friday for 2026!

Our top tips to make tonight and every Final Friday the best ever:

----1. Mark your calendars for every Final Friday from May through September.
----2. Bring comfy lawn chairs.
----3. Get there early to claim your spot!
----4. Grab dinner from the Food Truck Rodeo.
----5. Layers, layers, layers. Bring a sweater. It might get cool later!

The Phoenix beer garden is open with ample seating and a variety of beverages from drafts, cider, canned cocktails, and sangria.

The taproom opens at 3 pm and the Spirit Room opens at 4 pm with their full menus.

Before we gather with family and friends, we stop to pour and place a pint on our bar to honor the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve freedom for future generations.

The rain today is a perfect excuse to skip the yardwork and come sample some River Roots Barrel Company.

The Spirit Room at the Phoenix is proud to present the River Roots Barrel Company and Brand Ambassador Tim Harnett on Saturday, May 23, between 2 pm and 4 pm.

River Roots was created by a group of people, both passionate and knowledgeable about whiskey, with the simple mission of curating the best selection of spirits.

Meet Tim and learn about this amazing boutique whiskey distillery that began with friends sipping bourbon in their backyard.
