They average 14-16 oz. At $2.75 an ounce, an average price of $41.25, hand-cut steaks. We also have a handful of Filet Mignon 8 oz, just cut today, hand-cut and trimmed ,Market price.
We still have Calamari for appetizers and Fish and Chips as regular menu items now!
