Our bread service is a feat of modern flavor engineering. House made focaccia with confit garlic and garlic oil, topped with perfectly melted local cheese and served with olive oil seasoned with a proprietary blend of herbs (jk, its garlic, sage and cayenne).

Named for the state bird of Alaska and inspired by the Alaska Cocktail, this martini variation is served in a frozen block of ice to keep it as cold as possible as long as possible!

Made using Norwegian Aquavit, St. George Spirits Aqua Perfecta, DOLIN Genepy and Carpano_Italia Bianco.

This cocktail, inspired by the state of Minnesota, features two of our favorite independent distilleries!

Far North Spirits Musketeer Rye (Kansas Exclusive Barrel) & The Dampfwerk Distillery Helgolander team up in this juicy, slightly Scandinavian tasting whiskey sour. Rounded out with Blackberry & Lemon and served with a carefully hidden snack, in homage to the Chickadee (shout out tit family!)
