🍷 Half of the tables next to us were drinking cocktails with dinner. And I get it — but it makes me nervous for wine.
Last night at with .frannie, we poured the Mâcon-Fuissé "Les Taches" 2021 from — biodynamic, Demeter-certified, aged in amphora and tank for a year. Under $100 on the list. 🤯
That price scares people. It shouldn't. It's there because deemed it worthy, and the floor somm couldn't stop grinning after his first taste. Neither could my wife. 😄
Here's what I keep coming back to: you don't need to spend a fortune for a beautiful bottle. The gatekeepers just have to put it in front of you. That's the whole reason I'm building . 🥂
