Chafunkta Brewing Company is a Mandeville, LA based Nanobrewery and was formed by Josh & Jamie Erickson in June of 2011. The word 'Chafunkta', aka 'Tchefuncte', was an early Indian settlement located in what is now the city of Mandeville, LA.
