Friday night calls for Prime Rib at the Columbine!

Starting tonight at 4 PM, we’ll be serving tender, perfectly cooked prime rib ,baked potato, sautéed broccolini, and a side of rich au jus.

Bring the family, grab your favorite drink, and let us take care of dinner tonight. Prime rib is available after 4 PM while supplies last, so come in early before it’s gone!

Happy Mancos Days!!

This weekend we celebrate everything that makes Mancos special, our history, traditions, neighbors, and unmistakable small-town spirit.

Whether you're enjoying Saturday's parade, visiting old friends, or making new memories with family, we hope you have a safe and wonderful Mancos Days!

A quick reminder: We will not be serving our usual Prime Rib Night tonight, but our normal menu will be available. Tomorrow we will be serving our Mancos Days menu to better serve you and make sure we can minimize wait times.

We're honored to be catering the Mancos 1960s Alumni Gathering at the Opera House during Mancos Days this Friday! Because of the event we will be unable to offer our regular Prime Rib Night.

The rest of our menu will be available during our normal hours on Friday. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing everyone this weekend for Mancos Days!
