September is Bourbon Heritage Month🥃

So all month long, we’re putting a little more attention on what’s behind the bottles, from history to some of our favorite pours.

And we figured we’d start with one that means a little more to us.

This Old Forester Single Barrel was our own barrel from the Whiskey Library at BluAqua, and we’ve been pouring it ever since. At 100 proof, it’s got plenty of character and unfortunately, there isn’t much left!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Weller Dinner!

We kicked things off with a warmed beet salad with goat cheese fondue, followed by the main event: bourbon-glazed prime rib served up at the carving station. 🥩

And because we had to end on a high note, pistachio & bourbon cinnamon roll bread pudding.
