We have bittersweet news to share. As of this weekend, The Birch on Elm has closed.

It’s been an incredible journey over the last two years, and it has been an honor to serve the Manchester community and beyond. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our story - whether you’ve attended one of our special dinners, celebrated a special occasion with us, or just joined us for a meal. And thank you especially to our incredible staff - without you this truly couldn’t have been possible.

No journey is without challenges - and while we are always ready to face them - we won’t sacrifice the quality or safety and enjoyment of our guests, so we knew it was time to make this decision.

But, this isn’t truly a goodbye. While The Birch’s story in Manchester has come to an end, ours has not. We are excited about the future and what we are currently working on. Our website is still live, so be sure to share your email if you want to be the first to know about the next chapter.

🚨We have to unexpectedly close tonight due to a flood in the kitchen.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We know sometimes plans are made days, weeks, and even months in advance and last minute changes can be difficult - any reservations that were scheduled tonight will be offered a discount on your next visit.

We will be reopening for our normal hours this Wednesday.
