Congratulations to Stafford PD's new Chief, our good friend Russ Griffin.

We heard Russ has a thing for the McD's Fish Sandwich so we put our own version on the June Lunch Menu with crispy fresh flounder, American cheese, a house made tartar sauce and pickles on a hoagie roll.

Russ, we are quite sure that our's is better than the fast-food chain version.
And our town gets a fantastic guy in charge of the PD.
