JT Walker's Brewery opened its doors on November 20, 2013 and has been Brewing For Main Streets Everywhere ever since. While we continue to improve and add new ideas, we figured we'd make a page for all to follow and see what's going on. We'll give you up to date news of the brews and anything and everything you'd like to know.

As we work on getting the brewery back up and running, we thought it was time to start opening up the taproom a few days a week! Come visit us this Saturday, July 31st from 5-10pm for some beer and food from the Chop truck featuring the Weird Meat Boyz original menu.

Our brewer Doug recently started a hot sauce company and will be slinging some delicious food to go with our tasty beers as well as selling some hot sauce! Check out the Weird Meat Boyz on Instagram and Facebook for more info.

We have had a bunch of questions about our current status. Currently we are closed to the public, but we continue to produce beer that is available throughout central Illinois. If and when something changes we will post an update. Thank you for your support.

Next up for a Friday release is our Champaign County IPA, a New England style IPA brewed with pale malt, wheat, a hefty dose of oats, and a generous amount of Amarillo hops. Coming in at 6.3% abv, this is an approachable and easy drinking beer. Four packs available starting Friday!

Since we are all anxiously awaiting the opening of Champaign County Brewing Company, we decided to release a few more beers to hold you over. First up is our Champaign County Lager. Brewed with pilsner, corn, and cascade hops, this lager is a perfect fit for the upcoming fall weather. Four packs will be available for purchase starting Friday!

Our Story

Champaign County Brewing Company opened its doors on November 20, 2013. Originally just a taproom we recently underwent some major changes. CCBC Gastropub and Game Room opens in the summer of 2020. We have added a seasonal food and drink menu as well as a game room featuring steel tip darts, billiards, shuffleboard, ski ball and Golden Tee. Our food and drink menu changes monthly. Come in and try our flagship beer Champaign County Brewing Company American Lager as well as a host of seasonal beers.
