✨ Meet Piper Lyn Hernandez!
Behind every great Lefty’s experience is a team of people who bring their own personality, talent, and story to the table. Today, we’re introducing you to Piper, one of the familiar faces behind the scenes who has been part of the Lefty’s team for the past two years. 🍳

A little more about Piper:
On teamwork & service:
“With the right team anything is possible, including ensuring a smooth service when there are 90 customers in the building during dinner rush!”
What she loves about the team:
“The camaraderie with my coworkers, Burt, and Christy.”
Behind the scenes:
“I get to wear a wide range of fun caps while working in the kitchen!”
Post-shift favorite:
Anything Burt creates, especially his amazing rice dishes.
When she’s off the clock:
Winding down with tea, reading, journaling, creating fun coffee recipes at her dorm’s mini coffee bar, and trying out brand-new recipes in the kitchen.
Looking ahead:
Piper is working toward her bachelor’s degree in marine biology, with plans to travel the world, explore different labs and fields of research, and eventually settle down to start a farm.
What she’s most proud of:
Her work ethic. She enjoys working and takes pride in giving her best, no matter the job.
Fun fact:
Restaurant work runs in the family. Piper is the fifth generation of her family to be involved in the restaurant industry!
