Today marks the end of an era. Kevin Minter joined the Pooley’s team on day one over 30 years ago (we think he was somewhere in his mid-30s at the time). Today Kevin hangs up his cocktail shaker and retires from the bar biz. Many of us around here consider this to be more of an Aaron Rogers style retirement, where he’ll probably be back for 7 or 8 more seasons. But whatever the future may have in store, we just want to say thanks Kev, for the years of dedication, for the memories, for the friendship, and for always reluctantly agreeing to mix up that one last bloody while quietly cursing under your breath 😄. We love you buddy, and you’ll always have a spot on our team.
