We are open for business this evening. Stop in and join us for a pour, and snag some bottles of our December release beers while you're at it! (We may close early if the frigid weather keeps folks away, check our Instagram stories for updates).

❄️ WINTER HOURS UPDATE ❄️

We will be CLOSED tomorrow 12/22 due to the upcoming winter storm. You can catch us for our regular hours Friday. Our taproom will also be open on Xmas Eve from 12-4! Come pay us a visit if you're in need of any last minute gifts for the beer geek in your life, and don't forget about our holiday party on the 30th!

A Madison taproom is changing hands.

Bottles are now live in our online store for the final release being held out of our Gilson St. taproom! Pickups begin tomorrow and last until the end of the year.

In 2023, very own Kyle Metz will be taking over our production space and taproom to pursue his very own project, ! We are excited to see what he does with the space and the direction that he takes things!

We thank you for supporting our little taproom over the past several years! We’d love to see you soon for one last glass before years end!
In addition to our new release bottles, there are also some great case deals going on & we will be hosting one last Holiday Party on Friday 12/30. Hope to see you there!

For our final taproom art exhibition of the year we are featuring the whimsical and downright adorable work of Brigid Doty, a.k.a. ! Barn Quilt: Barn Raising - Wild ale aged on Vidal Blanc grape juice and Montmorency Cherries.

Barn Quilt: Wheel of Fortune - Wild ale aged on Cabernet Sauvignon grape must, Montmorency and Balaton cherries.

Saison Botanique: Summer Stroll - Mixed culture Saison conditioned on meadowsweet.

Door Kriek (2021) - Spontaneously fermented beer aged on Door County cherries.

You know what’ll make a great gift? Any of these awesome cellar bottles!

From now until the end of the Holiday season (or until sold out) we will have a special rarities/last chance bottle section in the taproom. Everything if first come, first served and very limited (most down to the last bottle or two).

Come visit us for a beer this weekend and leave with a nice bottle!

Perzik ‘21 - Spontaneously fermented beer aged on yellow peaches, new vintage.

Radiant Star - Blended spontaneously fermented beer with peaches and red raspberries.

Our featured artist series continues this month with the work of Abigail Engstrand! Here is some info on the exhibition from the artist herself:

"My art is an ever changing concoction, fresh combinations of old methods and materials, to create cheer, or reflect on life. I am working with wool roving, silk roving, silk fabric, scraps of silk blouse and boxers, cashmere sweaters and gloves, locks of alpaca and dog hair, fibers that have been carded and combed and dyed, and I arrange them into my compositions to mimic my subject matter . I poke them into place with a felting needle, by hand and machine. Lots of color and depth to savor here. Cheers! Have any questions? Contact me. Sign my book and I'll keep you informed of new exhibits."
