A huge THANK YOU to all the generous local businesses who have donated to us this year to get our patio looking lovely for our veterans, and all of the community, to enjoy. Kopke's Greenhouse, K and A Greenhouse , Fitchburg Farms, McKay Garden Center - Oregon, Natalie’s garden and greenhouse, Schönheit Gardens, and Toddle-In Nursery, LLC. We strive to make VFW Post 1318 a safe-haven, a place to gather, reflect, share stories with friends old and new, and be grateful to those who have served. We give our all (including all of our profits) to veteran-related causes, and we appreciate the support of these businesses who are giving the love back to us. Open to the public so come on out and enjoy a cold drink, some wings, a pizza, sunshine, and great company with us any time.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it is a time to reflect on the cost of freedom and to ensure those heroes are never forgotten.

At The “V” – VFW Post 1318, we stand in gratitude for those who gave everything, and we honor the families who carry their memory forward each day.

Please take a moment today to remember our fallen service members. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
