Pop-Up: Organic Cider, Mexican Street Food & Artisan Wines! Warm up from the inside this Wednesday, Feb 12, as our sommelier residency welcomes a local organic cidermaker and the Mexican food truck, El Gran Taco Gato!

🍏 Meet the Maker: Tony from Las Mujeres Cider will be behind the bar pouring glasses and flights of his Euro-style natural ciders while sharing the story of his family farm in Readstown.

From the makers:
"At Las Mujeres, we practice reforestation and rewilding. Our goal is to let the forest, its fruits, and natural processes reveal what’s hidden in the earth. We don’t spray. Biodiversity, hands, and patience do the work. We crush, macerate, press into barrel, bottle after 12 months, then age another 3-6 months before selling—nothing added, nothing taken away."

🍷 On the Bar: Alongside cider, explore our rotating list of natural, organic, and family-owned wines, available by the glass, flight, or bottle—plus craft beer, flavored waters, non-alcoholic options, sake, and more.

-Wednesdays: NEW! El Gran Taco Gato Food Cart
We’re delighted to welcome Taco Gato, a seriously delish Mexican food truck, to the neighborhood on Wednesday nights in February. Join us as we pair tacos of all types with our hand-selected wines. Let’s give 'em a warm welcome, enjoy some amazing food, and raise a glass to good company and live music. See you there!

-Thursdays: Caracas Arepas Food Cart
Caracas Arepas is a locally owned Venezuelan food cart featuring, well, you guessed, arepas. A beloved staple in Venezuela, arepas are a round grilled cornflour pocket filled, handmade, filled with just about any delicious protein you can imagine and served hot off the grill. They are the ultimate hot and filling comfort food.

-Fridays: Eaton BBQ Food Cart
Warm up with Eaton BBQ, serving smoky, savory, sweet, Texas barbeque! This food cart slow-smokes pork shoulders for 11 hours and glazes chicken thighs with a signature apple honey BBQ sauce. Every bite of their Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich or Glazed Chicken Thigh Sandwich is packed with layers of seasoning, from the earthy kick of cumin to the sweetness of molasses.

Saturdays: Thailand in a Truck
Thailand in a Truck will be dishing up their hot curries, pad thai, and spring rolls, plus kid noodles too.

We had the honor of hosting a salon with interdisciplinary artist (who you should follow!) this past month, with amazing food by and music by Eric Miller. Marlon activated The Heights in the way it was always intended: as a social sculpture in the service of deeper understanding. Check out the work he’s doing in Tulsa right now! Thank you Marlon and everyone who made this an incredible night!

Among all of the art installations I am humbled to be able to do as an interdisciplinary artist who engages large format photography as cultural mirrors, ethnographic films shaped as visual poems, and sculptures made for community engagement, the salon dinners are the closest to my pain and possibility. This is the project I vulnerably “do” with others that is deepest connected to my “being”. They make me scared and excited!
