This Friday, we're releasing BEST BELIEVE, a collaboration with Cantillon and my good friend Jean Van Roy.

A blend of 18-month-old Cantillon Lambic and our spontaneously fermented blonde ale, aged together in a single Chardonnay cask and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Saaz.

375ml bottles only. No draft. Proxies are welcome.

Bottles go on sale Friday at 9am.

A release like this deserves a proper Brussels type celebration, we'll also be tapping a few kegs of Cantillon, along with a keg of Brasserie de la Senne Zennepils.

And you know I've got a few surprises up my sleeve. Taproom opens at 11am.

Even dumber this batch underwent a short open fermentation during primary. Still naturally carbonated in stupid green 750ml bottles.

Today’s cask is Dos Perros with pumpkin pie spice... just enough fall...we didn't go full pumpkin patch.
Trivia at 7pm. Grillshack open until 8pm. We close at 9pm.

Did you know the grain in our Czech L***r is Southern grown by local/regional farmers?

We use a Czech-Style Pilsner Malt, made in Asheville from Southern grown barley and malted in the tradition of classic Czech pale malt.

Then we slow pour it the way it should be...through a real Lukr faucet and into the proper glassware. $3.75. All day. Every day.
