🌸 FIRST BLOOM 🌸 RETURNS

A rebrew in our new Botanical Series. Something a little different, but very much in our farmhouse fermentation spirit.

FIRST BLOOM
Ultra-low ABV Botanical Honey & Tea Ferment 0.8% ABV

Brewed with black tea, chamomile, hibiscus, ginger, lemon zest, sea salt, wildflower honey, and a touch of cane sugar, then gently fermented with a fruity white wine yeast.

The result is bright, floral, sparkling and incredibly refreshing! Think somewhere between a farmhouse tonic, a botanical spritz, and a whisper of saison.Inspired by the first blooms of spring and old-world low-ABV table ferments.

A few things to note:
You must be 21+ to order.

Made without gluten containing ingredients, though produced on shared brewery equipment.

This is not Kombucha, its a clean fermented beverage.

Cask Hopry is pouring through the beer engine. 🍺

Fresh pulled, naturally conditioned and soft carbonation, allowing all those layered aromatics to hit a bit differently. Brewed with pale malt, flaked wheat and oats along with Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo and Bravo hops. Its a delicious cask treat!

Pickle Vat Dilly Dally is back for the summer! Our shandy-style blend of real Grillshack pickle juice, organic lemonade, and oak-aged sour blonde ale from Foeder 2. Bright, salty, tart and refreshing. 🌞

Pouring now until Labor Day, then it's gone for another year. Enjoy the draft pours while you can! We are open normal hours today: 11am-9pm.

Our latest cask feature is an easy drinking British Golden Ale pouring at 5% ABV.

Impressions of orange marmalade, biscuit malt, and a touch of sweet red fruit bitterness from the hops. Classic natural cask carbonation and balanced bitterness for pint after pint enjoyment.

SPECIAL CASK TODAY!
To celebrate American Craft Beer Week we swapped casks with our pals at Half Batch Brewing. We just put a cask of their "The Fulkin" on the beer engine in our taproom.

This Scottish ale is 5.2% abv and 17ibus. We also invite you to try a cask of our British Golden Ale pouring in their taproom.

Foeder Fruits is back for Spring and Summer:

Lemon & Peach 🍋🍑
A bright, tart sour blonde ale pulled from one of our American white oak foeders and refermented with Sicilian lemons and ripe peaches.

Impressions of fresh citrus, soft stone fruit, layered oak character, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Draft only on this batch. Available now in the taproom and in distribution next week.

Fun fact: we perpetually blend into this 1,800 gallon oak tank. As we remove aged beer we always leave a portion behind, we then top off with fresh beer for aging. Some of the beer inside the foeder was brewed in 2018 at our former Gulch location!

Zwanze Day special burger! 1/3lb local beef patty, onions + tart cherries reduced in Cantillon Kriek & Ashanti beer peppercorns. Layered with a green goddess sauce and sharp American cheese. We expect this burger to sell out, don't miss it!

Silo Cerveza 4.2% ABV | 22 IBUs
A golden Mexican lager brewed with the finest barley and cold-lagered for a crisp, refreshing finish. Co-created with Silo restaurant in The Gulch, located in the space where Yazoo and our grain silo once stood.

Wild Honey Wheat (Cask Version) Our Wild Honey Wheat served from the cask and primed with local wildflower honey for a soft, floral touch.

We can’t wait to pour you a glass.
