YES, we are listing our “building” for sale.
From the moment of purchasing our 1920s building and opening Wine Nox in 2020, so much has surpassed…
What initially started off as an investment into just a building downtown grew into something so much more than that.
Since opening our space to the community we’ve celebrated an abundance of things…
From anniversary’s (fun fact: my parents 31st “surprise” wedding anniversary party was the first event hosted here). To birthday parties, baby showers (our little wizards shower), wedding showers, gender reveals, holiday parties, a micro-wedding (with one more to go this month), many downtown events, live music and more…
Over the past 3-4 years we’ve celebrated so much life in this space. But, we have also had our share of loss as well. And, from that if we’ve learned one thing over the years throughout our business venture is that…
That we only have this one life, and tomorrow is never promised.
Wine Nox will “always” be a part of our hearts.
(And, we hope to incorporate a few things from it into Dog Patch.)
In June of 2022 we bought 35 acres to build our “forever” home and our dream wedding venue on. Which has been a profound dream in my heart and it’s never faded. The road has been a LONG one to get to where we are, but well worth it and I thank God for this opportunity everyday.
It truly is bittersweet to let go of something you’ve cherished for so long… but we are letting go and letting God work… and we hope y’all will join us when we invite y’all out to Dog Patch!
