Amaro is a bartender’s secret pour, all the complexities of a cocktail in a single bottle. Enjoyed neat or on a big cube, it makes for a great nightcap, or post dinner digestif.
Try yourself a flight of amaro pours tonight 5pm to 12am. Very approachable on your wallet and pallet introduction to Amari.
“Eno Amaro” from is our Georgia distillery pick that we would sip all night. “This Georgia-made amaro is inspired by a classic, homemade cola recipe. 19 botanicals go into making a batch of Eno Amaro. Orange, lemon, and lime peels are macerated and distilled to give Eno bright aromatics. Baking spices such as clove, allspice, star anise, and whole vanilla beans bring warmth and sweetness. Hyssop adds a herbaceous, grassy note. Rhubarb root adds a deep earthy backbone. Gentian root and bitter orange peel bitterness balance the sweetness from the organic cane sugar. Wild cherry bark adds just an extra touch of a woody, cola note.” Read more:

“See the Elephant Amaro di Rucola” is our staff pick for shots near the end of the night. “See the Elephant Amaro distinguishes itself with its key ingredient: arugula. While most amari rely on a base of herbs and roots, See the Elephant takes a bold approach using arugula along with a few other family secret herbs and spices.” Read more:

“Amaro Averno Siciliano” is our nightcap choice to round out an Amari tasting. It “has a mouth-coating and bittersweet taste, carrying hints of orange and licorice, balanced with notes of myrtle, juniper berries, rosemary, and sage. It stimulates the senses, instantly transporting you to the island, and making Averna not just an amaro, but an authentic Sicilian experience.” Read more:
