Our Inspiration: The White Buffalo

The white buffalo is an exceedingly rare phenomenon, with only one in every 10 million buffalos born white. Among many Native tribes, the white buffalo is considered sacred, symbolizing hope, prosperity, and the promise of new beginnings. Our restaurant is named after this rare and revered creature to honor these values and reflect our dedication to offering a unique and meaningful dining experience.

Our bison, including one of the rare white buffalo, roam freely in pastures located just 10 miles from our restaurant. This proximity not only supports our local farmers but also ensures that the bison meat we serve is of the highest quality, raised in a manner that respects the land and the animals.
