Chef Phil has led our kitchen since 2013, pairing classical technique with a deep appreciation for Michigan ingredients and the flavors of the Great Lakes region.

Alongside his talented culinary staff, he leads a kitchen that serves breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner daily. Each service is different, but the care behind every dish remains the same.
