Triple J Brewery was created by our head brewmaster Josh Jones. We use only the highest quality ingredients in our brews and are known for our friendly atmosphere. Josh was given a Mr. Beer kit for Christmas and never looked back. After being given a whole setup for a birthday he has started venturing from extract to partial mash and all grain brewing. What is pasteurization I have been asked. Pasteurization is the process of killing live yeasts.

With the hard cider, it's naturally carbonated so I pasteurize it and kill off the yeast so it can't create more CO2 in the bottles. The process makes it so there are no "bottle bombs" going out to my friends and family!
