THV is looking to add a few new faces to our team, and yes we're being a little PICKY. 😂

We’re not just looking for someone to fill a shift. We’re looking for people who understand what it means to create an experience.

We can teach you the job. We can teach you our systems and how we operate. What we can’t teach is personality, work ethic, common sense, initiative, and the ability to genuinely make people feel welcome.

We need people who can **TALK to people.** People who understand hospitality and customer service. People who notice something needs to be done and handle it without being asked. People who can have fun, bring good energy into the room, and still know when it’s time to get to work.

Our members are the reason we’re here. Every person who walks through our doors should feel welcomed, respected, and like they belong. The experience we give them matters just as much as anything else we do.

We’ve grown a lot, and we’re not slowing down anytime soon. That means we're building a team that can grow right alongside us. 🖤
