Update: Everyone that wants to enter can come at 8-9am to set up. We will have you guys on the east side of the garage in a row so you guys can leave when you are done if you want and you don’t have to worry about being parked in!

Do you own a smoker and want to show off your rib cooking skills ? We have an opportunity for you! We are looking for contestants to enter our meat smoking competition on August 23rd. Each contestant will cook ribs and we will have spectators sample and vote for their favorite ribs. All the proceeds will go to local veteran organizations.
