Hispanic Heritage Month begins September 15, and we’re opening the month with something built for an easy Tuesday night in Lutz: good food, a strong pour, and a reason to stay awhile.

Last night was a reminder of what makes this place special. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out for The Retrospective and helped us celebrate Giri before his next chapter.

Seeing so many familiar faces show up to wish him well meant a lot. Giri has been such an important part of The Drinks at 9, both behind the scenes and out front with our guests.

We’re going to miss him tremendously, but we couldn’t have asked for a better way to send him off.

Thank you, Giri, for everything. You’ll always be part of The Drinks at 9 family. ❤️

Tonight, we celebrate Giri. ❤️

If you’ve spent any real time at The Drinks at 9, you know exactly why this night means something.

Giri has been one of those rare people who makes a place better simply by being part of it. Behind the scenes, he’s someone you could count on. Out front, he’s a familiar face, a friend, and part of so many nights and memories here.

Tonight during The Retrospective, we’re giving him the kind of send-off he deserves.

We’re going to laugh, dance, raise a glass, share some stories, and celebrate everything Giri has meant to this place and to the people who have gotten to know him.

He is going to be missed tremendously, but we also know this is the beginning of something good for him. Wherever he goes next, we know he’ll make an impact there too.

So if Giri has ever made you laugh, helped you out, welcomed you in, shared a drink with you, or simply made your night a little better, tonight is the night to be here.
