Last brew day of 2024! Brewing a Northern England Brown Ale with a hint of Hazelnut ... The working name is Hazelnut Brown (so original). This is actually a really old recipe of mine I converted for the new brewery (hope it comes out as good as it did years ago). You all did great in the last name challenge, how about this one? Hazelnut Brown is a great winter beer so think ice skating, snowmobiles, skiing, etc. and of course otters and the lake!
